Size information
| Size | Best for (approx.) | Quick fit check |
|---|---|---|
| S | Tiny and toy breeds — we recommend for dogs up to about 12 lbs (examples: Chihuahua, Toy Poodle, Yorkshire Terrier). | Choose S if your dog’s chest (girth) is roughly 8–14 inches and body length (base of neck to base of tail) is short — see measuring steps below. |
| M | Small-to-small-medium dogs — we recommend for dogs up to about 25 lbs (examples: French Bulldog, Pug, small terriers). | Choose M if your dog’s chest (girth) is roughly 14–20 inches and body length is moderate — use the measuring steps below to confirm. |
How to measure your dog (quick):
- Chest (girth): Measure the widest part of your dog’s ribcage, just behind the front legs — record in inches.
- Body length: Measure from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail — record in inches.
- Weight: Weigh your dog if possible — compare to the weight guidance above (lbs).
Use these three simple numbers (chest, body length, weight) to pick S or M. If your dog’s chest and body length sit near the higher end of a size’s range, choose the next size up for comfort. The carrier has adjustable straps to fine-tune the fit once you receive it.
