Both sizes share a weight capacity up to 143.3 lbs. If your dog is near the upper end of the recommended range, choose the larger size for extra room.
- How to measure your dog: Measure your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail for length, and across the widest part of the shoulders for width.
- Allow about 2–6 in of extra length beyond your dog’s measured length if they like to stretch out.
- For raised beds, height is the platform clearance — ensure your dog can easily step up onto a 6.7 in platform.
- Allow for small manual measurement variation of about 0.4–0.8 in.
